From vision, through concept design to construction, the owners of Sunset Heights properties are in the capable hands of Sunset Homes Ltd., a 100% locally owned and operated business established in 1978.
Peter W. Lang is the mastermind and avid entrepreneur behind Sunset Heights Ltd. He also owns and operates Sunset Motors Ltd., the sole dealership for leading brands Suzuki and JCB on the island for some twenty years. Having discovered the enchanting site on this mountaintop in the northern part of the island, it became clear exactly what his next project would be.
The original builder in the family was William Lang, who taught Peter all he knows in the business. The rest came through years of hands on experience. All of Peter's children - Joanna, Johnathan and Jason - are all actively involved in the construction of the villas.
Peter W. Lang was born in St. Lucia to Barbadian and Grenadian parents. A well travelled property developer, inspired by architectural designs from around the Caribbean, Peter has taken the delights and ambience of this unique region, the varied lifestyles and tropical landscapes, and created a unique concept layout that appeals to both foreigners and locals alike.
All aspects of the design plan were created by Peter through years of property development that ensured maximised space, tasteful finishes and idyllic layouts that capture breathtaking views for each home owner.
His portfolio, a selection of which can be seen to the right of the page, can be viewed all over the northern part of the island and Sunset Heights will be the highlight for its vision, quality, design and craftsmanship.
